This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Wouliber S.A., a Haitian company registered in Delaware, United States and Haiti, with its main office located in Jérémie, Grand’Anse, Haiti ("Licensor"), and you ("End User").
By downloading, installing, or using the Wouliber mobile application ("Application") via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this Agreement and bear no responsibility for the Application, its content, or maintenance. Wouliber is solely responsible for the Application.
Wouliber is a ridesharing mobile application that connects passengers and drivers across Haiti. The app is intended for personal use on iOS and Android devices, and Wouliber aims to expand internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your personal devices.The license applies to future updates unless a new agreement is issued. Redistributing, sublicensing, or modifying the Application is prohibited. Backup copies are allowed only for personal use. Breach of these terms may result in suspension or legal action.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the required specifications. Wouliber may change these at any time.

By using the Application, you consent to Wouliber's data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for content submitted through the app and must ensure it does not violate Haitian law or the rights of others. Wouliber may reuse this content for promotional or legal purposes.
You grant Wouliber a global, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content across media and formats.
Wouliber is not liable for indirect damages or those arising from misuse or technical issues. Liability is limited to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
1- The app is provided "as-is" without warranty.
2- Defects must be reported within 90 days.
3- If confirmed, Wouliber may repair or replace the Application.
Wouliber is solely responsible for handling all legal claims related to the app’s performance, consumer protection, or privacy concerns.
You confirm that your use complies with Haitian and international law, and that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.

This license may be terminated by either party. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the app.
You agree to comply with the terms and policies of third-party services such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
All content, branding, and code are the exclusive property of Wouliber S.A.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti.
1- If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
2- Amendments must be made in writing and accepted by both parties.
